Most Versitile Fitness app anywhere

This is the best and most versitile training, fitness app out there. It just keeps getting better and better. I use it all the time for heart rate zone training, but what makes it so much better is that I can customize these zones in any way I want...with music, without music, adjust time in each zone, create my own workouts and can even make my workouts match zones with any length of song. Makes my spin workouts in the garage worth it.

These latest enhancements with voice over feedback is what I've been waiting for and what every runner needs, regardless of fitness level. As a runner, you can have music playing and then not have to be constantly looking down at the phone or your watch to try and figure out how far you've gone or how fast you are going. Being able to have that feedback at 1/4, 1/2 or every mile is awesome. This makes training so much more efficient. Not like trying to figure out where you are on a preset course and then maybe getting crude or unhelpful feed back only after the fact. Pace training is critical for preparing for running races or triathlons and this is exactly what I've been waiting for to give me instant results so I can adjust my pace in real time during the workout.

To have one app that I can use for bike or spin workouts and running is great. Since I already have Ant+ on my bike is the most inexpensive, complete heart rate training tool out there. No one else even comes close.
